Chairman of the Council

Robert YE - The Chairman of the Council is a famous professor of wine tasting and a senior wine reviewer in Taiwan. He is awarded the ordres of chaveliers in Provence, Fronton, Cahors and Madiran regions in France. Because of his passion to wine education, Robert has founded the education system of "Semiology of Winetasting "on the basis of theoretical analysis of “Semiology of Movie” that he had learned since college for the purpose of sharing with more people the knowledge of wine tasting. ​

Robert well understands the long history of philosophy of meal and wine and contemporary situation in Europe as he often travels in Europe to visit renowned wineries and Michelin restaurants. Therefore, the Council in French headquarter has resolved in the Council Committee as of 2016 that Robert YE is elected as the Chairperson of the Council.
