Stéphane TOURNIÉ – The Education Director of this Center is the administrative chef of “Les Jardins de l'Opéra”, a Michelin restaurant in Toulouse, the fourth biggest city in France. Stéphane possesses the solid technique of preparing traditional French cuisine. Because of his experiences in the Asian five star hotels, Stéphane often comes up innovative French cuisine by way of integration of oriental color. He regularly offers classes of French cuisine in France and actively develops the certificate classes that meet the global market needs and trains the chefs of global vision of next generation.
