Education Director
Olivier DEFORGES – The Education Director of this Center is the winemaker of “Clos Cibonne”, one of the 16 cru classé wineries in Provence region. Olivier has been guided by his father Claude DEFORGES (the current owner of Clos Cibonne) since young, and inherited the technique of plant and vifinication of his family of more than 200 years. He well understands the Tibouren that represents the grape type in the Provence region. Apart from preserving the vinification tradition of his family, Olivier dedicates himself to the education and research of rosé and develops the possibility to marry rosé and Asian food.
