L’Association d'Enseignement de la Culture du Vin Français (the “AECVF”), founded by high quality wineries and Michelin restaurants in various French regions together with financial and wine professionals in Asia, is a global nonprofit organization for education of the culture of meal and wine.

Its purposes is to establish a global modern system for the education and review of meal and wine across fields and regions, to promote the integration of the French culture and the Asian culture of meal and wine, and to train professionals of global vision and knowledge of meal and wine in different regions.

In addition to the “Education and Research Center of Organic and Biodynamic Plant of Grape”, the “Education and Research Center of Malbec” and the “Education and Research Center of Rosé” in French headquarter, the AECVF sets up the “Asia Regional Center” to plan the cultural and education matters in Asia and the “Education and Research Center of French for Meal and Wine” to develop the certificate French classes for meal and wine.
